It has everything I need to run my store: Graphic, text, color options, and pretty flexible pricing options for my customers. However, the app does give me a hard time with certain things like theme management but their staff is very helpful and solves almost every problem I encounter.

We've been using this App for several months and all works great. The support team is quick to respond and corrects any issues I have within minutes or at most a day. I only wish they have better weekend support and an easier way to retrieve orders. One of the best apps for personalized products.

Looked for a long time to find an app that did every we needed. We came across this app and it did most of the requirements. However once installed the developers were always on hand for questions and small changes that worked better for us. Really helpful staff and app now does everything we needed it to. Amazing. The app works great for us! The best part of Inkbay is their incredible, prompt customer support. If you have any issue with their system, Jahangir and the Inkbay live support team respond within hours to help. Their focus on customer satisfaction allowed us to smoothly transition to their platform without any major concerns. Would definitely recommend for small businesses like ours.

I was trying to use this app for jewelry because they give an example of it in their proto store view. That was a mistake. I wouldn't suggest this app for anything outside of tee shirts that you want your customer to self-design. I think the chat team was trying to be helpful, but they didn't seem to understand my questions, let alone be able to answer them. Two stars because its partly just a clunky app, and partly that it just doesn't suit my use.
We are really sorry about the issue you were facing. The example product we showed (https://inkybay.myshopify.com/collections/all/products/round-signet-ring) was created with our app with a combination of customization and product options. If you do not need the customization, you can use only the product options feature to show only the product options on the product page.
You mentioned about our live chat agent tried to help you but they were not getting your questions. We are really sorry and apologize for that.

Absolutely amazing app, so many customizable options in the app, including custom pricing options ! Its great that there are so many themes to choose from AND they helped me customize the options the customers can use. LOVE this app and LOVE the customer service even more. Shout out to NICK & Rashed! This is the 3rd custom product tool I've used , I can tell from day 1 I am never going to use anything else. GET THIS APP if you want to have complete control of your custom products!

I had been back & forth whether this app was right for me however it turns out that this is the only genuinely great product designer that there is in my opinion. As with all product customisers there are a learning curve & it took me a little while to get my head around it however the amazing support I have received while I have got to know the software has been amazing!
I you have any product that needs to be customisable, install this app & chat to the team & they will make it happen for you.
I have used and had apps built for me over the past 20 years ~ always bugs and non responsive on many platforms.
This is the 1st product i have found that does what it says on the tin !
Totally responsive and works on PC/TABLET/MOBILE - Obviously with any new app you need to learn how to use it, but the support i received got me going within 2 days ( responses were quicker than this ! but i needed to train myself ).
Early days to see what users think ! but i am very impressed.

We play with almost all product customizer apps in Shopify Store. Our site has very complicated functions and options. We provide various types of printing services in extremely critical bulk order systems. Which is why we almost give up on any 3rd party app. But finally, we got Inkybay and were able to adapt our requirements with their wide range of customization options. Their server is also faster compared to all other similar apps. Highly recommend it if you need a super customized and branded product customizer.
