Inkybay ‑ Product Personalizer

I am new to Product Customizer but I am very please with it. And I can't sing enough praise for their customer support!
I don't recall ever giving a five star review for any product with anyone in the past. Unfortanely today most company's idea of customer support is lip service and an outdated, time wasting online FAQs or forums.
Not Inky Bay. Whenever I need help they are there for me.
I am still learning their product and have a lot more to learn but if their product is anything like Rashed of customer support, I will be a customer for a very long time.

This app will be used to set the tone of our services. Without this app Build-A-Bonnet couldn't be. The experience and assistance from beginning until now has been magnificent and we truly believe it will remain. The support staff has been beyond helpful. They've addressed any and every concern and request within 24 hours. I am truly amazed and at a lost for words. We read prior reviews, but I feel one has yet to exaggerate the amazing service, support, and pluggin as a whole. Thank you all at Inkybay/Product Customizer for everything. Our last provider of a similar service made us feel like an inconvenience, and their answers were short and often unhelpful - but Inkybay is NOT like that at all. Ich schreibe die Review auf deutsch, da wir einen Shop in Deutschland betreiben -> print21.de. Die App funktioniert zusammen mit Shopify reibungslos. Die Konfiguration ist einfach, mit etwas HTML Kenntnissen lässt sich das Design individuell anpassen. Eine deutsche Sprachdatei ist auch vorhanden, die sich anpassen lässt. Wenn man Fragen hat, bekommt man beim Support schnelle Hilfe direkt über den Chat oder per E-Mail. Zusammenfassend gesagt, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ich kann den Designer auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Mein Update nach dem wir die App seit 3 Jahren im Einsatz haben. Der Support ist nach wie vor extrem gut, die App funktioniert reibungslos, es wurde viel verbessert und optimiert. Ich kann diese App immer noch empfehlen.

This app is hands down the best app for sellers that have complex and real-world pricing structures for their printing businesses. It pretty much covers it all. It has obviously been made by people in the industry for people in the industry of printing. On top of that, the support team offers some pretty top-notch knowledgable support and is always there to help. None of this high and dry support you get from other apps. These guys are legit. They even jumped on a call with me to set it all up which obviously saved me tonnes of time in trying to explain all of my questions in the messenger. Definitely give it a go and if you feel it's too tricky to set up just reach out to support. They've got your back! Thanks guys for developing an app that meets our needs.

I don't usually write reviews, but this is definitely an exception. First off, I have tried all the main customization options on the app store. Save yourself the time and effort and believe me when I say this one is the best. It is simple enough for customers to use, but complex enough for customers to be able to build their own awesome designs. Also, the sharing system is unmatched. Our team can build a client design and send them a link that will take them directly to the design within the editor. Other apps cannot do this. Aside from the software, the support team is AMAZING. I have contacted them many times for significant fixes that they get done fast, and for free. They helped me set up multiple products. The team is just great. Go ahead and download the app. I promise you won't regret it!

Edited 1 star back to 5 stars. I was able to talk to their tech team lead, and our concerns were addressed instantly. Their tech team apologized and properly explained that there was a small misunderstanding with their support team.

Edited our review from 5 to 1 star. You're charging for a simple customization on the product page. They are insisting on a custom charge on simple customization, aligning the dropdown menus, upload buttons on the product options.

Despite encountering minor difficulties during app installation and initial usage, the support team promptly addressed and resolved issues through guided video tutorials. Furthermore, they proactively communicated any missing functionalities or features to their development team for future updates. The app offers extensive capabilities, including the ability to handle setup charges per color and side, calculate run charges per print color, adjust prices based on product sizes, and provide quantity discounts. Its comprehensive features set it apart from other similar apps on the market.

Top notch customer service, great app, good user experience. You can pretty much customize anything you want, great for shops with many products. Highly recommended!!

I've been using this app for almost a year, Great integration, Great App, and an amazing UI, Very simple to use. I love the idea of the SVG clipart, so the client can choose the different colors on the graphics. Excellent App

Ich schreibe für die deutschen Nutzer die Rezension in Deutsch. Wir verwenden diese App in zwei verschiedenen Stores und ich kann die App nur empfehlen. Einfache Installation und Konfiguration, extrem flexibel und anpassungsfähig. Das CSS kann relativ unkompliziert an das eigene Design angepasst werden. Ein großes Lob geht auch an den Support, welcher schnell hilft und irgendwie immer erreichbar ist. Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für diesen Produktdesigner.
