We recently installed this for our main store. Tech support started really well, but we soon hit the limits of their or their Bot's capabilities. We, like many stores, have D2C, B2B, and POS customers. The app is not capable of handling all three. You have to choose one which totally messes up your accounting. In today's world, how many stores operate on a single channel? We have tried to escalate the issue and have been given the runaround for two weeks now.

Set up the connection and it seems to be all working like a dream! Orders are able to come through with order numbers, so you can easily see the amount from each order, and not have to match with the Shopify invoice!
Rods was super helpful in setting up the connection - pop a note in the web chat if you are looking for help with it. I can highly recommend it - it will make your life much easier!

Nick was absolutely amazing! Not only did he fix my immediate syncing issue, but he went through all of my settings to make sure everything was set up properly and running smoothly.

Up until now, I was manually adjusting every transaction — adding Shopify fees, marking invoices as paid, and matching payments one by one. Nick completely automated the process so it all works seamlessly now! Even better, he took the extra time to help me go back and fix/resync all of my year-to-date transactions.

This has literally saved me *hours and hours* of manual work. The level of care, attention, and dedication he showed is outstanding. This is by far the best integration app I’ve ever used with QuickBooks, and I only wish all of our other software worked this well.

An excellent tool that saves us a lot of admin time. After encountering a problem following a mistake we made, Ben from support sorted things very quickly and we were back up and running. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Francis was super helpful. I was just checking the status of the synchronizing when the chat popped up. This was great bc I noticed that the sync did not take place. Once Francis helped me with that they also recommended not enabling both the Order syncing and Payouts syncing as they've seen it cause issues with duplicate entries. That was good to know! They helped me make sure the payments were being posted and confirmed once it all showed up on my end. Very happy with their help. Thank you Francis!

Very easy to set up, and the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with the how much historical data I could import, and Nick helped me get the dates extended to cover my historical data.

I have been using QBO for a few years and just had an amazing experience while using the OneSaaS app to address a small issue with the syncing between QBO and Shopify. I managed to fix it easily enough, then a customer service person called Jasmin popped up on the chat tool. She asked if I needed help with anything else, as the initial problem was fixed, so I asked about a few of the syncing options in the OneSaaS app as they looked potentially useful but I didn't know much about them.

Long story short, I now have the Shopify fees and refund receipts automatically syncing with QBO. These two things have caused me so much work to manually achieve over the years, so I am incredibly grateful to Jasmin for taking the time to explain how they worked and getting them set up for me - it will save me so much time!

Jasmin, thank you for all your help, it is greatly appreciated!

Update (27/08/26): I just had difficulty setting up the new QBs connect app. I used the chat tool and spoke to Vinny who was incredibly helpful. No way would I have been able to work out how to set the app up correctly if it was not for them. Thanks Vinny!
