QuickBooks Online

We are leaving them as as well. Their new update screwed up ou whole accounting. As they are not transferring our transactions as Invoices anymore, duplication is happening , not mapping properly and etc.
Poor service , not cool to update a software that is working ok and change everything overnight!

I was able to sync my QBO to shopify with this app. It was a bit of learning curve, but chatting with my bookkeeper, I was able to answer the many questions that QBO required.

The app itself works well but we have had to troubleshoot a lot of issues. Instructions on the app are minimal, so although it tells you generally what the problems are, it's not obvious how to solve them.

Very seamless app. I had a small issue to fix when syncing my first order, it was new and unfamiliar for me, but Sherwin took care of it in a matter of minutes. Very happy to have such good customer support. Everything looks good, it automatically syncs and matches my transactions in Quickbooks. I have since also been helped out by Rods who was super patient and helpful.

After a little bit of tinkering at first, I managed to get my sales data very smoothly into quickbooks. You can only sync back one month, but Ben from customer support very quickly managed to go back further for me without me needing to do anything my end. Really easy once you get going.

Its literally 10pm. I'm absolutely stuck and I have an issue with the sync from my shopify store to quick books. I'm still getting used to quick books so Im a little out of my depth. I fired a message in chat expecting not to hear back or get an AI bot and I get a response from Nick. He found the issue straight away and spent 15 mins helping taking time to assist. As a small business I am trying hard to do everything myself and Nick just sorted something that I thought was going to take ages to correct.
