No more manually entering invoices! This app is going to save me so much time! I logged onto support chat for one small question and Ben was a huge help! I want to second the one star reviews of the past few weeks. The new app is non-functional for our business. Our product mapping primary key between Shopify and QBO was the SKU number, but the new app no longer has this feature. Now we have to manually review each Shopify transaction and add the correct product and the correct class. It's not worth spending that much time. I would love to move back to the old integration app.

UPDATE: After working with Jiji, she was able to reactivate the OneSaas integration platform again. I still need to do some work to reenable it, but I appreciate her help a lot through this.

I've used this app for a few years now to manage sales receipts in Quickbooks Online. I recently had an issue where my Shopify disconnected and my settings were lost. Thankfully, Ben was super helpful in getting everything back how it needed to be in record time! Thank you for the great customer support.

Works flawlessly, haven't touched it in years, even forgot how my orders were syncing with QuickBooks because I never need to think about the app as it runs so well.

I have tried the Intuit to Shopify connector app and did not have success so returned to OneSaas and am completely happy. I have been using them since 2017 for my previous website. STOPPED WORKING. HARD TO GET SUPPORT. mid august it stop working. Tried to contact support took more than 2hr waiting to get connected and then they said wait for 24hr to re-sync if transaction appears in quickbook. If not then contact again to troubleshoot issue.

This should not happen in first place if they do UPDATE right, even after breaking integration they don't contact customer to inform or any help. Even after they charged a lot every month for quickbook subscription.

I have been using this app for a number of years and it is very reliable and integrates seamlessly with QBO. If you do have an issue (rare) the support is first class through the chat function. Had a sync issue today and Ben had this resolved very quickly.

I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. I needed to transition from the legacy version of the app to the latest, and was able to get live chat support straight away to guide me through it. Ben was very helpful, and made sure things went smoothly.

This is a review for Jasmin who was able to assist me in reverting me to the "old" version of the app so that information could once again flow into my quickbooks. The forced migration to a new app that was not functional or fit for purpose was very unhelpful and stressful. There is much work to be done before I will consider "migrating" again. Best part of 4 hours later and Jasmin was able to get me up and running again - thank you Jasmin.

Was in trouble with Integrating SHOPIFY POS with Quickbooks online.
Finally got a customer care(Mr.NICK), helped me from 0 to 100, with atmost patience and fully acknowledged with quickbook and shopify both. Thank you once again for the support.

Update-16/12/2025- Had a trouble on syncing new shopify account with QB, Mr. Jiji helped really well to solve it with most patience.
