Beware of this connector, they just randomly integrated us and it changed GL accounts and the functionality was severely reduced. The features are not the same and it will not even create invoices! No advance warning, no advance details and the mapping features are not even close to the previous app functionality!

Awesome integration. Ronnie did the magic and helped integrate data from the past as well. Super helpful instructions throughout the process. Made the whole accounting reconciliation part so easy.

This app saves me time in syncing all my orders and payments for easy access through my Quickbooks. The agent I dealt with, Sherwin, was amazing to work with. Sherwin was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly resolve my syncing problem in a timely manner. This saves me time and stress knowing that my issues can be solved quickly.

We've been using this app for several years now so have faced several issues that I would describe as normal given the volume we do. What really makes this app outstanding is their customer service. Troy in the CS department is responsive, personal and persistent towards making sure problems get resolved, these days that type of help is impossible to find.

I truly appreciate this app and the customer service they provide. The app syncs my Shopify transactions to QB without any problems, and it makes my life so much easier. Every time I have a question, the customer service replies to me within minutes and they are always BEYOND helpful in accommodating my questions and providing a solution. I have been using QuickBooks for a couple years but faced an issue a few days ago I could not figure out how to solve. I used the support via live chat today and had it addressed through great service from Dean. He was knowledgeable, attentive and quickly understood and solved the issue. I am usually skeptical about using live chats but have to admit this was very good.

App does a great job keeping our Shopify and QBO synced. When there is an error, it alerts you. I had troubled figuring out why a couple of orders were not syncing, and for the first time ever...I was contacted by customer support. Sherwin noticed that a couple of orders were not syncing, and HE started a chat with me to fix it!

Nick has been really helpful in helping with the integration between shopify and quickbooks. It hasnt been an easy integration, and i have been through 2 other customer champions, but Nick was the most helpful of the lot! He took the initiative to reach out and rectify the problem. It could have taken weeks, but Nick did it in one sitting! I am truly appreciative, as a small business owner, accounting may not come naturally to us and Nick made the concepts easy through his explanation!
