I am writing this review for the recent experience I had with Jessa. I needed additional info for one of our customers, and she was very quick with her help. Provided me with the best course of action for the situation moving forward. It's rare to find a company with a very responsive and helpful support live chat.

I'm using ReferralCandy to help us with a Refer a Friend program. We're a new start-up company and have tried other apps, but didn't receive much support. I have been working with the RC team now for about the past 7 months and their support team has been nothing but stellar. I have worked with Tippy numerous times and he has answered all the questions I have ever asked in a timely and informative fashion. He even takes the time to take an unscheduled call! Good stuff!

I had Tomas assisted me in investigating a referral code which will not activate upon application. He walked me through the possible causes and we found the root of the problem in one chat. Hoping to see enhancements that allow you to exclude or include specific products or collections to avoid exposing merchants to double dipping of discounts (25% promotion turns into a 40%+ promotion).

This App is exactly what I was looking for. Utilizing an affiliate program while being fully hands off an automated. The added bonus is the great service I have received. Benz and Derek got on a call with me and made sure I correctly set up my account with the features I want to have. STRONGLY SUGGEST using this App!
