Referral Candy & Affiliate

We have been using Referral Candy for a very short time and I love that anytime I have a question or doubt as to how to use the back end, Tippy is always there to help with the best attitude and suggestions. He honestly makes it super easy to navigate Referral Candy. Highly recommend this App and if Tippy can help, you're good!

This app has been great, we have implemented it a few months ago and are loving it so far. Referral Candy is a simple platform that has been easy to use. The reporting is not the most robust, but all in all we have enjoyed using it to kick start our referral program. I had some issues with setup and was able to speak to Dwight on Live Chat which resulted in him doing a video call with me. He was very helpful and was able to resolve all 3 of my problems in less than 10 mins. I've used other apps that I have taken days to get a response, this is the best customer service experience yet. I like that I was assigned a dedicated customer service rep, Jelson, who has very courteously answered my many questions and helped with any issues I've encountered. Customer service is excellent! Just one cautionary note - there is currently no notification of failed (unclaimed) reward payments, but hopefully they will add this feature soon.

Great referral app with even better service! Tippy was able to help me navigate setting up an affiliate account, and getting onboarded with all of the basics (email / link copy, image assets, etc.). We needed some account-specific customization and he was always willing to jump on a quick call / screen share to provide support. Much appreciated!
