Referral Candy & Affiliate

While I think it's got a while to go to be a super intuitive software, I don't think there's a better one out there. I wouldn't take my chances with others especially with Derek as the best customer service support staff member. Helped me through a precarious situation and I am so relieved! Definitely worth downloading, but make sure what you're offering to customers and how!

I was blown away by the service from Ferry Gabriel! He spent over two hours on the phone with me and we got the app up and running and added over 8000 names from our mailchimp list. We haven't seen any referral orders yet, but we've seen a ton of referrals from Referral Candy so just crossing our fingers that the orders start coming in. Please hold on to Ferry - he is a gem!

Fantastic service! Everyone on the support team has been super helpful and responsive in getting things set up for me, especially Derek, Lorraine & Jon! I have many Shopify apps installed on my website and Referral Candy support has by far been the most responsive and helpful. The app is super easy to use and very intuitive! This is a fantastic app for referrals that has almost everything you need. More importantly, the support I received from JC has been awesome, timely, and greatly needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app. One tiny feature that could be added to make the best integrated app would be rewards for certain actions by customers: sharing on social media, following an insta page, etc

Support was more interested in getting me to write a review than solving my issues. Sending the standard request about 4 times while I still had many questions.

Now while I didn't leave a review for the 4 times mentioning I would like the app WORKING first, they don't seem to respond for days on end and skip over questions that are in an email, very annoying

It took some time and research to get oriented with the platform, but once you are there it is pretty straight forward. I was nervous at first, since this is our first referral program and we already have thousands of customers. Got great help from JC at Referral Candy, who assisted with setup to make sure I was comfortable before launching our first campaign. Very excited about RC :)

We tried implementing this app a while back, but some tech bugs put it on hold. Cris was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process - letting us know when bugs were fixed, walked us through installation and setup, and continued to answer any questions we had moving forward. Overall a really great experience with Cris and we're excited to see what the referral program can do!

I feel like my question was pretty simple—mostly seeking confirmation— and Jon was super kind and patient with me. I appreciated the time and care he took even for a simple matter. He understood and checked to make sure he understood what I was saying, and he helped me quickly and kindly. Pleasant first experience with the support team! Keep it up. We're using Referral Candy to launch our latest referral program. Super simple set up and configuration. The only gotcha during our integration testing was that the fraud prevention was catching our self referred orders, but I guess that's a good thing :). Their support was super responsive and Karen helped me understand exactly what was going on and aided me in placing a successful test order.

Currently, for personal reasons of the company, we have chosen not to use the program even though it is great.
The customer service that Mardi gave along the way in trying to work with the program was full of listening, patience and accessibility.
When the company will be able to operate with the program I will contact Mardi directly knowing that she can give me all the answers and help we need.
