Referral Candy & Affiliate

Our brand signed up for Referral Candy and had so many questions about navigation, implementation, and set up – however Jon was so amazing in answering our questions with ease and supporting us every step of the way! He's been absolute great at responding to our emails and chat. Amazing service and look forward to seeing the results from the program!

We have just started using this app and it seems quite promising so far. But the reason I wanted to write this is because of the fantastic customer support. Customer onboarding is undoubtedly an important step and we had a few questions.

I am migrating from a different ecommerce platform and looking to bring over my existing referral data. I haven't used Referral Candy yet but I had a chat with Derek from their team and he was very helpful and answered all our questions. I will now look into moving forward with Referral Candy and integrating with "Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals by S Loyalty"

I reached out to Derek on the messenger bot on Referral Candy, and he not only answered all of my questions, but went above and beyond to show me screenshots, videos and tips on how to optimize referrals. Excellent App - good way to get a referral campaign up an running in a short amount of time.

I have a support call scheduled with the team to get further ideas to improve my campaign performance. Really useful and insightful call, that delivered some very valuable tips, that I will be trialling. Both Desmond and Derek were very helpful and knowledgable.

We use this app for getting our referl purchase us and it makes an impact when set correctly. The support of the referral candy is always ready to help with a call and guidelines. JC was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the feature. I only wish all the Shopify apps would offer this type of prompt and handy support. Keep up the great work.

We are setting up Referral Candy to help get more customers through friend referrals. The set-up has been simple and quick. We needed some additional help to understand how to edit copy. Katherine answered all of my questions promptly and with screenshots, etc. to make the process easier, especially for someone who is a visual learner. I would recommend this app.

I had a setup call with Tippy, which was incredibly helpful in setting up and understanding how Referral Candy works. So many apps don't integrate with Bold Recurring Orders, or you have to spend hours trawling through articles and dealing with code (which I'm not confident to do). Tippy's help saved me hours and means I am now confident with my Referral Candy setup.

Though some of the features could be a little more fleshed out (HTML editor on the emails is very basic), this is a solid referral program with excellent support. My account manager Derek is knowledgable and always on chat to quickly answer questions and is also available by phone whenever I need it. Definitely recommend this plugin for a no-nonsense referral service.

I'm hoping to use this app primarily for influencer affiliates rather than for a referral program. It seems quite simple to set up for this purpose from what I have learned thus far. The service rep Jon that I have been in conversation with via chat has been very responsive and very helpful - providing me with the precise links and info needed for proper set up. Thanks Jon!
