Support has been great! I'm new to Shopify and therefor new to Rich Returns. Andrej from support provided EXCELLENT service and stood by to help me solve some setup problems. Even when I was finished, or thought I was finished, he proactively monitored my account for problems and reached out with the solution right away. So far I am very impressed with the product & service!

We have been using Rich Returns for about a year and we are really happy about it. It's not too expensive and it has all the features we need to run a medium big Shopify store. I would recommend this app!
We're really impressed by Rich Returns and their developer support. We explored 5 other alternative apps beforehand and they were all either way overpriced or lacked the unique functionality that we needed and were not willing to adapt anything for us. Rich Returns has been adding and adjusting features we request within 24 hours. We highly recommend this app.

We have been using Rich Returns for just under 2 years and find the portal very efficient both for CS agents and our customers. The team has always been on hand to offer quick support and is receptive to optimisation and suggestions we have given!
Great app very helpful. But what really want to recommend it's the quickly and excellent customer service. Andre responded to my ticket very fast and very kindly, and Laura has been following up and she's so kind and so efficient. Congrats!!
