S Loyalty and Rewards Program

The service increased quantity of customers quite a bit. Good way to compliment loyal customers, collect CRM data, spread out information about store. Must have tool for retailers. Customers report that loyalty program makes them more eager to shop in the store. Also nice to have a trial to check how service works for your particular site.

We love S Loyalty as they have allowed us to provide an incredible loyalty program to reward customers for shopping with us. The refer a friend feature has been instrumental in helping get our products referred to friends of customers. Good Support -- though I wish they had phone support, as it takes about 12-24 hours for a response even on small inquiries (not sure if we are in very different time zones or not?). Nevertheless the questions are always answered and any small things are addressed. Great concept and implements without any major headaches. Customers appreciate the rewards as well. Certainly worth checking out.

Love this app! We tried another one and found that it just wasn't as smooth as this app. Since then, we and our customers have loved using this app, enough to continue during our migration from bigcommerce to shopify. The functions are well designed and with new features coming out from time to time, I believe this app will grow alongside with many small businesses whose looking to start a loyalty program!

The customer service and super fast response from S Loyalty has been very impressive and made the set up much smoother and very easy. It's a great template to use for rewards and the back end is very simple. The app is a little expensive as we needed to go for the gold version for our needs and we were not able to exclude sale items from the rewards program or customise automated emails, but otherwise very impressed so far and customers responding to the offers.

Great tool for increasing potential customers! Hoping to get some kind of email integration with MailChimp to connect the database in the future! It's great to see positive results from the app right away.

Would like to get some kind of embedding script of the loyalty points information to post on a custom page to have a link to entice people to join outside of the website.

Overall, seems to be a great app so far!

We love being able to connect with our customers, offer incentives, and show our appreciation all at the same time. This is the best app for customer loyalty that we have found. The great part about this app is that after logging into their account; the customer is reminded of their point totals automatically. Our previous platform did not offer this functionality which left many rewards points simply unclaimed. Not the case with this app. 5 Stars all the way! ~Selah~

If I can set this up on my own... anyone can.

After looking at a few other apps, I decided to run with SLoyalty for a customer loyalty rewards program. It was very easy to install and set up.

I had a few questions in the beginning and the people that responded to my questions were very helpful.

I'm looking forward to using this as a tool to increase the number of customers that come back to make purchases in my store on a consistent basis.
