I have had a problem with stop words causing trouble with my products and as soon as I reported it they turned off the default stop words and everything got a lot better. Great customer support. The only problem I have is I wish I'd talked to them sooner.

I've used this app across 5+ stores I've helped with creating themes so far and it's definitely the best. The support you receive is usually within a few hours if you ever want to customize something and they generally sort any issue for you. Highly recommend.

Overall really good app, but it sometimes glitches and can take a while to re-index all products (we do have a large listing of product). Quality/price is really good compared to the other apps we have tried to do the same thing. Support is quick and efficient unlike many other apps.
Good searching app. The filters work well. We wish there was a little more customization with merchandising/sorting products on the search page. But the team at Searchanise has been very helpful. They are quick to respond and are typically able to solve any issues almost immediately.

We have grown from 40k products to over 120k products while using this app with no performance reduction. This app costs half as much as the other apps for our volume and does the same things.
On top of great technical performance and value the developers are very helpful and always go the extra mile.
We definitely recommend Searchanise.
Brilliant app. Has completely upgraded our user experience. Love the way it picks up typos and suggests what the user is looking for. Very accurate. Update: Have used their help and Damon K was absolutely brilliant. Answered my questions perfectly and also jumped in and adjusted a couple of settings to make it even easier. Very happy customer.
“Extremely disappointed with Searchanise. During our busiest day of the year, the app went down, costing us hundreds of orders. We invested heavily in ads, email campaigns, and promotions, all wasted because of their failure. No proactive communication or adequate resolution. We are very sorry to see our issue affected your store and your sales! As we analyzed, our developers fixed it within an hour. Nevertheless, we have carefully examined the situation. It appears that we had a partial degradation of our search functionality which affected 7-10% of our clients. When it comes to the Overall uptime of our search, this year it was 99,975%.
Still, we understand that you happened to be one of the clients affected by this issue. Therefore, we'd like to let you know that our development team already made significant improvements to our system by expanding our server resources. We also have more plans for improvement. For instance, we're considering options to make our monitoring system more advanced. It will be a complex task and we're ready to give it our time and attention so any potential issues are detected and fixed faster.
