Deepan was very patient and helpful and walked me through the whole process. I like the ease of ShipX for different rates that Shopify will not do.
Had an issue with one of the rates we had set up and could't figure out how to fix it - used the online chat and Durkesh was quickly able to fix the error we were having. Really pleased with the app and the customer service
i would recommend shipx is very good app and very good support . mr jignesh has support to me very smoothly through the set up process.

So far, seems to be working now. Integration with Shopify was problematic at first. Spent a lot of extra hours getting it right. But the support was very responsive and got it handled. All seems to be working very well now.
