Thrive Inventory Management

The customer service team is fast, professional, and very friendly. They are quick to respond to help me out w/ my questions regarding the platform and help me walk through the features that I am looking for. Alejandro was wonderful to work with!
I think this platform is great starting place, however, I would like more customizable features to really enhance what each business needs.

We are new to this app and already consider it a life saver. We have barely scratched the surface of what it can do! So far it has helped us manage our bundles and reduces appropriate inventory on each item within a bundle in real time, which is amazing because we have several! An added bonus is the customer service team. They are beyond helpful and I have not had a one bad encounter yet!

Shopventory has the solutions for all your bundling needs. Easy integration, easy to manage stock, and most importantly, an A+ support team. They're extremely responsive, friendly, and they do right by you to get a solution for your problems. Rio and Alejandro both been phenomenal with the support they've provided. Also, I seem to have gained 17" biceps after installing this app...pretty cool!

I've been using Shopventory for over a year now. Maybe closer to 18 months. It is an exceptional piece of software. We track our inventory, products, and bundles across several channels and get just the right reporting to be able to buy right. Good inventory management is vital for a business to be profitable and we wouldn't be there without Shopventory. Their customer support is outstanding too!

You know what V stands for? Valerie! I am so impressed by this app and the customer service that comes with the.. service, lol. Multiple time I have ran into issues on my own behalf and she has been there to help our company out. This comment is about the customer service experience I had with two agents. Rio and Alejandro were excellent is assisting me with figuring out an error that I was receiving. They worked through the evening and then followed up with me first thing the next morning to see if the fix we tried worked. It did indeed and provided me with the information about what steps I needed to take to remediate any duplication issues. Much appreciated.

The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Super responsive and is able to answer every question we have.
We switched from Katana to shopventory and it was the best decision we have ever made. The amount of features we will be able to use, as well as the ease of use is great. We are still getting used to it, but to be able to keep track of all of our inventory between multiple platforms is going to help us immensely on keeping our inventory accurate.

I found myself in a jam after moving my store, I thought I was being clever in adding a new "location" with my current address... totally messed myself up! The products I most recently added weren't showing up online or in-store... they took such good care of me and helped me out to fix it all! They literally held my hand and walked me through it step by step, and even made videos for me so that I could more easily understand what to do! I couldn't have asked for better support!

I rarely write review, and when i do, it is either because I am really happy or disappointed. In this case, very happy with Shopventory. I looked at a few other apps in the genre, but their support is 2nd to none. Have not had one bad experience with their team, and I've been reaching out alot to them so i can understand the system. While no system perfectly fits your needs, they have come very close. Cannot recommend them enough and they are clearly looking to improve their service.

We began using Shopventory because we needed real time inventory numbers, a tool that kept track of our COGS, and also offered sales reports. Using Shopventory is super user friendly, it integrates fully with Shopify, Square and Clover. We input all of our inventory items (including COGS, retail price, quantity of the item) through Shopventory first and Shopventory pushes all the date to Shopify. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this app. Not to mention, their customer service team is top notch and very knowledgeable!
