OMG! a God send! For well over 10 years I have been looking for a good digital platform to efficiently and easily deliver my hypnosis instant downloads to customers! Every year I have looked back in the Shopify App store to see if there was anything good or better then what I had been using. Just found Sky Pilot and am in HEAVEN!! It is SUPER user friendly, EASY to use, QUICK to set up, and EVERYTHING I have been wanting for my customers' experiences! So much weight is off my shoulders! Seldom that one get to work with a company who response is quick and very comprehensive. When you run into problems this is exactly what one need to solve the problem.
NO!!!!!!!!!!! It doesn't give ANY clear instruction! and no human to help
too complicated, all I wanted to do is send a pdf to a customer on shopify, but there is no ability to attach a file to a customer email. Shopify suggested Sky Pilot, which wasted 2 hours of my time, on wix you can just attach the pdf in the custome inbox .....

Sky Pilot works by providing a link to a download page in the email, rather than attaching files directly to customer emails. This approach is based on Shopify’s proxy system and is clearly outlined in our documentation and demo store.

Fast and easy - we sell on line tutorials and this allows our customers to manage this 100% themselves. It has worked perfectly.
To anyone out there that is after an app to attach files/downloads to a product then we can't speak more highly of this one. The creator is easy to get hold of when needing assistance and also to make changes to the app. Highly recommend this
