Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Its a Must Have app for our store. The best this is that it engages the customer to buy again from us and not hopping on other websites.
They get motivated for buying more by the rewards they are getting by this app. I truly recommend this app. it is a win win situation for both sides. It really puts a smile on both customers and sellers as well!

After trying several rewards system Apps for years, this is definitely the best, very complete interface and covers all types of possible existing rewards, the only negative point I find is the excessive cost of its plans, which at least for small businesses or businesses just starting out, I don't think it's possible to pay for their plans, but I give it 5 stars since they have a free plan that is also very useful and it is available to everyone.

Usable as a free option but the upgrade price is insane. Nearly a full year of shopify per month cost is insane (base plan is still more than shopify eahc month) for a small business doing small sales. Extremely easy to abuse and manipulate - I had a customer make multiple accounts and fake share and all the points were given every time. The 'tasks' are not real so this does not feel like you are getting the return for the customer to get their points. The free perks are nice enough, but I was looking for another option as soon as I could after the manipulation issue.

The best rewards system ever. It works great with Shopify POS and our online store linking rewards together. Customers also love its ease of use!

We have been using smile.io for 2+ years and it has been great. Customers love it and it take VERY little time from support. Very self service, just what I was looking for.

This is a loyalty program with tremendous flexibility that is easy to set up and amend and it keeps our clients happy as a value add in a competitive landscape. As a small business, I found the monthly fees to be steep once I hit the threshold to outgrow the free plan, however the customer service team was extremely supportive, diligent and creative in finding ways to help me to maintain the program.

Angie, Karen, Jade, Joana - This is my dream team!! Whenever I have questions about linking pages, double points, deep links, and getting their opinion on my landing rewards page - these ladies are there to help, happily and quickly. Thanks, Joana, for your help on this last need I had.

Get Smile now, their support is real life humans who respond timely - you cannot get that from alot of the apps out there.

Over the past year, Andreandana and the rest of the Smile support team have been really great, helping us to draw monthly reports manually that weren't available to download for the app for months - following up with us every month with new downloadable reports.
Then, this month, all of a sudden, I got a message from her notifying me that those reports were now included as standard as part of the app! Amazing stuff!
It's really great to see an app that listens to customer feedback to improve their service!

The team at Smile is what made this app worth it, 100%. As a Web Designer, we all run into some bumps in the road. The communication was very easy and reassuring because you were talking to an actual person on the other side. It took a team to figure out the issue (Angie, Ezra, and Cole - you guys rock!)
