Looks like a company of fraudsters. Everyday you discover a new hidden charge. Dont recommend at all There are better apps in a fraction of cost available

Our pricing is very transparent, and there is no hidden pricing at all. And we have just recently add another premium plan by adding new features.
"fraudsters" is a very strong word and its very demotivating, we strongly object to it.

works great, easy to use. the new sms marketing feature seems great but the sender ID is different. Where to contact you, there are no contact details for issues.

Used the app, did not face any issues and the pricing is cost-effective. However, they need to add the do not disturb timings as an option in abandoned card messaging.
The support team is really good, they take an ample amount of time to resolve your query. It is simple to use and integrate. Recommended for Indian ecommerce. Kudos to the team!
After using SMS Notifications for 4-5 months, I am very satisfied with its performance. The SMS charges are also reasonable and worth the price.

Their customer service is really good. The SMS product is also great. One feature request would be to help easily tag customers. I only wish they could have whatsapp integrated as well.
