After using several other apps for customer pickup/shipping, I've found Bird Pickup to be the easiest to configure and use. And the tech support team is responsive and outstandnig
This is the app that addresses several functions that I absolutely need for our small bakery. It is super easy to configure-just follow the detailed instructions. When I hit a couple of snags (because I failed to follow the provided instructions), I opened the live chat, explained my issue and within a couple of minutes, support corrected my errors and helped configure the settings. I am so grateful for this app and the AMAZING support that is offered! Highly recommend

Customer service! is the best they have, they go with you all the way until any issue is fixed they are very patient and wait for you, no time limit. they go above and beyond to help you.
