Endlessly customizable and wonderful customer service. Great for this one-woman show to handle lead times and delayed shipping/delivery for the holidays.

As a florist, it’s essential for our customers to easily choose their preferred delivery or pickup date — and this app makes that possible! When I switched to Shopify, I was initially worried to see that feature wasn’t built in, but after a quick search, the Bird App turned out to be the perfect solution. It’s worked wonders for our shop and integrates seamlessly with our POS tablet.

I especially love that it syncs with our Google Calendar, allows for customizable rates and delivery charges (or uses your existing Shopify settings), and is very reasonably priced.

The support team deserves a special mention — getting in touch and setting up a video call was smooth and easy. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even helped with some Shopify back-end setup outside of their own app.

Very handy! Works well, straightforward and super simple. Anytime I was struggling with figuring set-up it was often because I was thinking far too complex, and the solution ended up being simple! We needed an app where customers can schedule their pick up date and time (Even on the same day as soon as 15minutes) after their order. This app is great for pick up and also delivery. The customer support is highly responsive and helps with the app customizations we need. We are using the paid version and will continue as the customer support greatly helps us

I have recently downloaded this app. I needed to be able to offer Shipping, Local Delivery and pickup with different dates, times and order limits for each different option and this app not only offers those functions, but the amount of other settings, restrictions & pricing that i can apply to each option is amazing.

The functionality far exceeds other date picker apps i have researched and this has given us the ability to set up our delivery options exactly as i need.

The help from the team i have received during set up has been fantastic.

This app worked really well for a while until it didn't. Once I upgraded to the paid version I had nothing but issues. It would rarely work to let customers click pickup. I reached out to get it fixed and every time I would get a reply I would follow what they said and would think it’s fixed but I was wrong. Everytime I would reply to email I would be speaking with someone new every single time and finally got pissed with how many calls I was receiving to place orders because my website wasn’t working. After the last couple weeks going back and fourth I decided to go with another company.

Cannot adequately explain how much we appreciate this app! It helped us direct pick up order to our on-farm store, and completely wiped out the chaos of trying to contact our customers and have them arrive in the right place at the right time. Truly a wonderful upgrade to our website!
