Recharge Subscriptions App

We installed ReCharge having had a REALLY bad experience with another app. In short, after 2.5 weeks the app wasnt working and worst of all we could add products to our cart, remove them add them back again and the app randomly generate a much lower price for them!

We installed recharge and it was like a breath of fresh air, installation was just a click of the 'install' button (not two hours of copying and pasting code) and we were up and running in about 30 mins. It was so simple!

We then emailed support about a few little tweaks and Diego did them for us instantly. Like everyone else has ReCharges customer support is second to none.

If youre looking for a subscription app then install ReCharge, we cant recommend and the team enough.

This is by far the best subscription solution available on Shopify. We migrated over from another app. It was a quick and painless process. The technology and features are awesome, but more importantly there is a great team behind all of this. Clayton and the team are extremely responsive via email or phone. Looking forward to the new features and optimizations they develop.

Intuitive interface, extra-helpful support team and a flawless integration. We are so happy this app exists and works exactly how we want it to. Highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to offer item replenishment or subscription boxes.

I looked at ChargeRabbit prior to ReCharge because a friend has said she had heard amazing things about ChargeRabbit. When I installed it however, it completely reformatted my subscription product listing and the checkout page looked horrendous. Needless to say, I uninstalled it because I couldn't deal with all that trouble.

I turned to ReCharge instead and right off the bat they ask you to schedule a 15 minute call with them. I thought that was different, but really appreciated my chat with Clayton. He was specific with his instructions to me, answered all my questions completely and made me feel very comfortable using this app. He even showed me how to migrate my existing subscribers from Paypal!

They do a custom install of the ReCharge code because I use a custom theme. But it was done in a matter of minutes the moment I hung up the phone.

When I had a closer look at the admin and front end side of things, I was so impressed by all the cool features I was missing out on. Delivery schedule, customers can manage their subscriptions on their own, email notifications are great and didn't need modifying, and the experience is completely seamless, which I loved.

You can checkout with a non-subscription product and a subscription product at the same time, which I think is really cool!

Overall, love this app so far and I think the price is well worth it. Especially if you use Braintree where your first $50k in sales are free of processing fees. Sweet deal!

This app is almost perfect! Our customer base is a very loyal one and with the ability to offer an Auto Renew subscription to our most purchased products, we are saving our customers both time and money while giving us guaranteed revenue on a monthly basis. We set up a new account with Braintree Payments to be able to collect the payment information and so far it has worked very well.

I wish the checkout page was easier to customize
Details box is limited in the information amount you can provide on mouse hover
Checkout page is separate from usual checkout page
No ability for customers to use other coupon codes in combination with subscription purchase during checkout

All in all, I would definitely recommend this app to any Shopify store. Get it now!!

When using an app that affects the payments at your store there is always some hesitation. ReCharge has made the entire implementation and testing incredibly easy. Their app is solid and they have outstanding customer support. We highly recommend it.
