Recharge Subscriptions App

We use this for our "preferred customer membership" program for our nutritional supplement. It handles a lot of the stuff that Shopify struggles with, and has the flexibility of payments frequency, pausing subscriptions, changing billing dates that our customers want.

Having tried other subscription apps on Shopify, this is by far the most accomplished, developed and well support application of them all.

Recharge has been SUPER easy to install and use. In face, it was so easy that we thought we were doing something wrong. Within a month, we have sold 300 new subscriptions, and every customer has been happy with the process. The best part is that the customer service has been not only helpful, but also prompt and personable. I'd highly recommend Recharge if you are lazy and want everything to just work right out of the gate.

This product has really improved to what I would call best-of-breed for Shopify Apps. The subscription app supports programs where the user can decide frequency and charge dates while also supporting fixed date / fixed interval programs if you want to run a subscription box or similar program; they're not mutually exclusive either so you can operate both business models at once. The price is super friendly compared to other apps on the market but what I love about ReCharge is how responsive they are. Example: We created a stage environment where we upgraded our entire sites look and feel. I wanted to make sure we could test the new front-end with ReCharge installed before publishing the new theme and custom files. I emailed them asking if they'd install it in our new theme and, literally, within 45 minutes they responded that they would and completed the job while asking if I wanted some other options that I didn't even know were possible. Great app. Great company.

Excellent recurring order app. We do a quarterly subscription club and it's perfect for us. Many options for the subscriptions, allowing customers to cancel or skip, update their shipping and billing, and even the option to mimic your storefront for the customer portal. Their support is also amazing and very responsive. Quick response times and they solved every issue I have ever brought to them. Not just simple things like telling me what to do or directing me to an FAQ, they've even made quick changes to code!

Of all the Shopify apps we use, Recurring Billing by ReCharge is the standard to which I hold all other apps.

This is the second recurring charge app we've used for our subscription services, and I could not be more pleased we made the change! The app's interface is easy to use, and customer portal works well, and the ReCharge staff are always quick to help with any issues we run into. Best of all, the pricing for this app is far better than the competition!
