Recharge Subscriptions App

We have been using Recurring Billing by ReCharge now for a few months and it makes selling and delivering subscriptions an easy and fully automated task. And now we can even turn every product a repeatable order.

It is just the perfect solution we were looking for as a coffee roaster, so we can satisfy our customers and get them their coffees and teas right to their doorstep, month after month!

ReCharge has enabled us to build a business from scratch and address a fundamental issue we had which was namely, we wanted to sell our eco cleaning solution direct but wanted to automate the resell. ReCharge enabled us to do this and at a very reasonable cost. ReCharge is critical to the success of our business.

After researching many different apps to take care of our recurring wine club payments we found ReCharge. I am so thankful! We have been able to customize and work with the ReCharge app to design a system that works perfectly for our needs. The customer support is unmatched. Recharge works well and the support has been second to none. The guys are based in California and so with the time difference (we are in the UK) never expected instant replies but I know I will have an answer waiting in the inbox when I get in the next morning.

The app itself works well and is very easy to set up and use. You can very quickly see what subscription transactions have been and gone and what are coming up.

The ability to choose which notifications are sent and edit the content is also a very nice touch.

The only thing we didn't feel worked to well was the integration with the Shopify customer dashboard but this is more to do with our bespoke set up as opposed to the App. We just send out customers to the Recharge hosted customer portal which does the job fine.

All in all 2 months in and pretty happy so far.

ReCharge has not only helped us grow our monthly subscribers but made our job of accepting and fulfilling subscription orders SO much easier! Their customer service is quick and helpful, too! Look no further - this is the app to get.
