Customer service is excellent, resolved an issue for us in under 2 hours. In terms of the apps functionality, it has been great, runs smooth and we have many customers on board with subscriptions now!

Sean from Support team is very nice and available. Very powerful product that does everything you need. Might need to go for Theme Engine with Recharge Pro for some custom features.
I've just started using this app recently but have been happy with the features so far. I'm giving it 5 stars because their customer service has been great as I've worked through getting it setup properly on my website. They consistently respond within 24 hours and follow-up until they know my problems are resolved.
Vuk was very helpful with problem solving the issues that I was having. I've been working with ReCharge for the past year and a half and have found the app useful for my subscription needs.
