Recharge Subscriptions App

We're really glad about choosing ReCharges app. Their customer service has been superior. We encountered some issues with our customized theme and they did all extra coding work for us to get our subscription product launched properly.

LOVE this app! It's functionality is GREAT for our Subscription boxes we sell for jewelry and accessories! Not to mention the behind the scenes guys were great. When I couldn't figure something out they helped and fast. A+ ReCharge!

So far so good! Decided to give this a try on a Wednesday (initial phone meeting), Clayton and Oisin had it integrated and functional by Saturday. My part was easy, simply setting up an account with Stripe. Support has answered all my questions quickly and effectively. I've already had several customers take advantage of the new "ReCharge" option and expect it to be a great investment.

5 stars for the amazing and fast assistance I have received from all of the Rechange team members. It was a fast integration that went smoothly, Oisin did a great job of getting us set up before the holidays, especially considering we contacted him pretty last minute. I love being able to reach out for help when something comes up and having such helpful and fast acting response. Thanks to Clayton's help, use of the app stays up to date with our customers specific needs. With some additional features, this app would be perfect. Sounds to me like they will be updating and adding more features in the near future, so that is exciting! Overall, a great app to integrate into your business to provide for the regular customers. Review ReCharge has some amazing features I never thought would be possible with Shopify. My small floral design business is now able to:
- Offer a subscription feature which enables customers to order floral arrangements on a recurring (weekly or monthly) basis. This increases our business and makes for a simple and easy user experience for the busy Bay Area customer.
- Organize and manage recurring corporate accounts without using a paper snail -mail invoicing system.
- Charge customers automatically. Without the app, I had to input recurring orders manually on a credit card machine or send out invoices via mail or e-mail and wait for a check to arrive.
- Embrace a subscription model, which is the future of floral sales in a tough market.
Customer service is top-notch. Clayton was incredibly helpful in consulting with me about my business and walking me through the installation process. He was incredibly professional and even wrote hard code for a custom feature I requested.

We have been waiting for a long time to find a recurring charges app to help us launch subscription based products. The amazing thing is that orders can populate back into Shopify each month so if you are using ShipStation like us the fulfillment process is seamless.This app has been vital and works like no other we have tested.
