i was confused at first with the 5 different sectors of TikTok...but after some clarification, i appreciated how they all integrate with each other for a well-rounded platform

Tiktok cancelled all the orders and refunded the money to the buyers even though it was fulfilled via Shopify. I got a violation and they deactivated my account. After several tries of submitting appeal with clear evidence and talking to their agent, they decided to create a ticket for me. But then, after few days, everything was erased; all past orders, appeals, evidence, everything. Like it is a new store. It is very sketchy that they can just do that and also not return the money. I absorbed all the loses and it is frustrating for a small business.
I keep getting orders with NO legitmate shipping address which is affecting my shipping rate. I will no longer sell on TikTok
Since I already had my Shopify setup, connecting TikTok Shop wasn't that hard. It did jump around a bit until I fulfilled all information needed for me to successfully set it up.
The navigation system was easy and straightforward. The process was smooth and took < :15 total.
