connecting with Shopify was fairly simple, and I am not tech savvy at all.
Leider wird bei dieser App das gesamte Inventar synchronisiert. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit einzelne Artikel anzubieten.
Das ist bei unserem Shop (über 1.000 Artikel bzw. Varianten) eine Katastrophe.
Es ist sehr schade, dass hier keine einfachere Lösung möglich ist.
Der Support kann leider auch nicht helfen.
The setup process was straightforward but took a couple of sessions to complete. Most of the instructions were easy to follow. The warehouse mapping and unmapped warehouse warning were confusing — clearer instructions would help. Product sync and approval process is slow but working. Overall good integration with Shopify.
It was pretty smooth as a whole even though there are soooo many steps compared to other platforms. :)
This has been the worst experience ever. I cannot get any assistance besides a chat bot. My TikTok store was approved with all the needed documents but somehow my products were taken down. I just do not know what to do and just thinking about uninstalling the app and calling it quits.

All was pretty easy. Be ready to give all your info and proof of everything, but overall an easy setup.

Die Synchronisierung funktioniert nur selten.
Weder die Sendungsnummern, noch die regelmäßige Synchronisierung einzelner Produkte funktioniert.
Der Support meldet sich nicht zurück. Es ist eine reine Katastrophe.
Die TikTok App liefert auch bei TikTok Bestellungen nur die Lieferadresse und keine Rechnungsadresse, wodurch alle, die mit Lexware arbeiten Rechnungen ohne Umsatzsteuer ausgestellt bekommen.
Das QM für die TikTok App hat vollkommen versagt.
Along with Clause AI, am learning alot about TikTok and the proper ways to use it with getting penalties. THanks
