The Team at Tolstoy have been amazing. Quickly fixing an issue with our out of stock feature. Communication was excellent with Niezl, was the best experience from any app we work with! I was a little confused at first (only because I didn't slow down and read) but within minutes, I was able to figure the installation out on my own. Once I got that down, everything was SO EASY! This app breaks week after week after week. It's the most unreliable app I have ever used. I can't wait to build it in-house and get off it. Save yourself the energy. Expensive, overpriced, and awful. They keep investing in AI but they can't even keep the core of the app operational. It's embarrassing at this point.
