Third party apps are not changeable! Im very disappointed for such an expensive app. It is ok to make the basic translation but when I'm at the Premium Plan and I pay 40 $ per month I expect at least to help me with basic things. At the premium plan they say that I would be able to change images too but this is only for the Shopify admin.

I am new to the app but so far it looks great on our Shopify store and gets the job done in a clean and pretty way, for low cost. I was very happy with the tech support I received today from Richcarde who helped update our store into several languages and currencies. I am not a tech person but decided to take this on today and happy I did!

This app is easy to use and they have probably one of the best customer services through all the Shopify apps I have tried. They always answer and do all the corrections in no time. The app has all the features I needed to offer my customers but the automatic translations to Swedish is not perfect although it is very easy to manually fix the mistakes.

We used this app to translate one e-shop to Greek. It worked pretty well although there were issues and bugs. The reason I am giving it 5 stars is the amazing 24/7 support! They reply almost instantly in the chat & provide fixes - even code updates pretty fast! It also has a free trial to find out whether it suits your needs - so I recommend trying it out!

It is a great app allowing us to have different currencies (at automated exchange rates), user-friendly interface and very good customer support that solves all our problems asap. Only reason we are not giving 5 stars is the speed of the interface, which takes long to load causing obvious delays and, even worse sometimes, saved translations are not properly saved.

Overall the service is super smart and makes webshops in multiple languages possible and affordable for small and medium sized companies. Bugs and weird translations now and then makes it crucial that the pages are reviewed quite often which takes time. We translated our entire webshop via Transcy (800 products) from Dutch to French. But now it appears that custum fields can't be translated by the app... so we're stuck because we use a lot of custom fields... We also get to see in a lot of places... so we have to take this out everywhere... e.g. in the search bar, check out screen, ... Really not recommended!
