I like the app, I only find one small problem, not being able to customize the translation for certain words that suit a certain country.

Regarding to your concern as edit your translation, You could replace/edit your translation content manually for any pages/elements in your store easily by clicking on Translation > Manage Text > select target language > choose the page type in Resource type > Edit button.
