Hextom AI Translate & Currency

I am very happy to using this product. But I couldnt manage to automatic one, always going with manual translation. Once I think one of the major updates my webpage had problems. It was "currency" add-on, asking currency change, at that point I was using the program quite long time, and I did not think it effect my store, customers informed and I fixed. Now every update I am a bit hesitated. I love product based translation it was just added but now it is removed again. Anyway I like the program using it a lot.

High quality application, very useful. Easily can pay for itself many times over, as it allows visitors to shop comfortably in a language and currency they most at home with. Since the application is fairly new, there are some features that could be added/ improved in my opinion. I am pretty sure they will be. The support staff definitely listens to requests/concerns and tries to address them. I know that because I often had requests with other applications by this same team. I would certainly recommend this particular application.

UPDATE: Excellent customer service! Worked with Karen, who seemed friendly and willing to help. Eventually, we got the issues solved. They also added automatic (not AI) translation of items which are repeated multiple times, so no manually translating each one. Huge timesaver! Love this app and the team behind it! They even worked with Shopify to make a small part of the hard code editable. Make sure you sync your store (may take a few minutes) if you add pages (like new product) and want to translate them. Very useful and easy to use!

This app is great.. you guys are great.. I spent the last 3-5 days trying to find the right translator for this store. I wish I would have seen this one a lot sooner. I stressed over the "top rated" translator apps when this one belongs at the top. Especially with that visual editor... perfection. EVERYONE give this a shot. This is beautiful. I'd love to see URL translations happen the way your current layout is but the great thing is that you already have SEO translations so that should do just as fine for now. THANK YOU FOR EXISTING!

The installation of the app was very easy. I used partly automatic translation for the store and that was very fine, just had to correct some words.
For the product description I preferred to use the manual translation. There I had some difficulty in the beginning how to do it and the support team helped me out very quickly. There was an issue too with the formatting of the text and again, the team explained me how to do it.
It´s my first experience with a translation app and I like this app and surely recommend it. The support is quick, friendly and efficient.

I just downloaded the app to test it . First approach looks easy and it integrates perfectly with my theme without extra coding . Will evaluate further and come back to rate it .
I am updating my comment . Customer help desk is super fast and efficient , easy and intuitive to use and the real cherry on the cake is that it allows you to sent customer notifications in different languages based on the language selector of your theme without needing to mess-up with the notification templates . very happy withe the app.
I confirm again . really satisfied with the team help and support .

UPDATE: Problem was due to issues with our shop email, and once we wrote from a different email address they got in touch immediately, helping us out.

I have encoutered some issues and asked for support, but had no anwer yet (more than a week since the first email).
Issues encountered in brief:
- I tried to manually translate some key words that were used as fiter tags in the collection page. After translating, the filter options on my collection page had totally disappeared. I had to cancel the translation of these key words and keep them in english in order to have them.
- I tried to manually translate some automated emails (abandonded cart), I followed the itructios and made some minor changes to the original text in order for the app to recall it, but yet app couldn't find the automated email for me to translate, both with automatic and manual research.

We are almost ready to launch, and this lack of support by the app's designers caused us to have a big delay, and forced us to look for a different app.

Still waiting for answers. If designers could use some help within today, I may still find "accetable" and give it more stars.
