Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

I recently joined Trendsi app this year to start adding more diverse styles to my clothing boutique. What I love about Trendsi is that the clothing is very size inclusive for women of all shapes and sizes from small to plus size. This in particular aligns with the mission of my brand to be a size inclusive women's brand for women of all sizes. I also love that they have very responsive and courteous customer service. I recently had a technical issue where I didn't understand how to set up the shipping rates on Shopify as I am not tech savvy.Ms.Anya responded to my concern the same day and gave me detailed instructions on how to set up the shipping rates for Trendsi for my Shopify store. I really appreciate how kind, courteous and responsive she was with addressing my concerns. This really makes me feel more comfortable using this company since the customer service has been reliable and responsive so far. I hope my brand will have a great long term partnership with this company.Thank you Trendsi :)

Integrating products from Trends is so seamless it seems too easy. I am so glad that I intergrated Trends products into my Shopify store. They have such a great selection.

I've had my first shipping issue which made me very nervous, Trendsi support representative Anya was very professional and really helped me calm down by offering to personally monitor the situation. Working with her to make sure my customers wishes were carried out to rectify her shipping issue was great. Ten out of ten, do recommend!

Got my first order after including some styles on my website only a week prior. Had several questions regarding setup and Raymart was extremely helpful in answering all of them. He was very patient and super knowledgeable. Thanks so much again Raymart for helping me out. Looking forward to increasing my online sales thanks to the ease of Trendsi's dropshipping methods.

Update 4/11/25:

The Trendsi app is helpful to get their products initially into Shopify. Once there, however, the app's functionality keeping inventory synced between Shopify and Trendsi is hit or miss. In a recent audit, easily half of the items I checked had significantly less inventory at Trendsi than was shown on my Shopify store. When an item is deleted on Trendsi, their app is supposed to change the status of the item in Shopify to "Draft". More often than not, this doesn't work. All of these scenarios lead to making sales for which they don't have the inventory.

While I like their inventory, Trendsi is not a reliable drop shipping option.

Product selection, order support and dropshipping are solid.

Too often, however, I sell an item from their stock that was showing 1 available only to be notified later they don't have it. Support pretty much just says "Oh well, get over it".

With their app, there's no way to set a Safety Stock or otherwise counter the inventory inaccuracy. Their app has few useful config options and locks you out of doing anything for inventory in Shopify.

In general, they don't have any tech support for their app. The support team gives it their best shot but they're reading off a script.

I can't keep selling items that aren't in stock, so I'm moving on.

Trendsi offers popular name brand products, such as Judy Blue, Risen, Zenana, POL, and Bibi, just to name a few. Customer service is regularly available for assistance via Chat. Orders are processed quickly and shipped out quickly. Some clothing and accessories choices are shipped from overseas, so shipping for those items may take a little longer. There is a filter to identify which items ship from USA. Samples are available for purchase. I've had nothing but a great experience with Trendsi Dropshipping and their staff. I recently contacted them regarding an order and Joel was quick to assist me. He was friendly and helpful. Thank you to Charles who helped me with my Dropshipping question.

I discovered this app by mistake after giving hope on ever doing drop shipping again because of my bad experience with other apps. When I saw the app and the huge variety of trendy products, I was blown away. I immediately re-open a Shopify store and is currently adding products and optimizing my store. I hope to sell millions of products from this platform and looking forward to doing business with this company for years to come.

Overall the products are great and the customer service is very fast. I like the variety of options and the return policy as well. My suggestion is to make the product descriptions more thorough with sizing as the size charts provided are often generic.

UPDATE- I'm disappointed with Trendsi lately. All the name brand items are just old supply and not being restocked. Buyers want the name brand, not items from overseas.

The company offers stunning fashionable options for women. Many of the fashions look customizable for those looking to personalize. Love the customer service! Harold helped answer many of my questions about the setup and processes. Moreover, the integration into my store was seamless and super user friendly. I was also able to make layout adjustments and AI edits to the product descriptions. I have a custom layout made by a website designer so I am so glad it works for us. I just wish they offered men's fashions.
