Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

Customer service is super quick and resposive! Angelo was very helpful in getting an issue resolved for me. Gretle helped me out super quick with an issue I had while on vacation!

I chatted with Lorie tonight - I could not access my account as previously with the text of the phone number. She showed me how I could access via Shopify Admin. I was also having an issue with customers not being allowed to ship - she helped me identify that issue - Shopify cannot seperate shipping when one ships from multiple locations. So the info provided assisted me in making the changes to allow customers to use to get shipping - we were getting an error prior. New to Trendsi via Shopify and just working out the "kinks" - Lorie was very helpful.

I've been using Trendsi for almost a year and only ran into 1-2 issues as far as inventory but via chat Mia has been very helpful in providing me with updated info on my orders and inventory. Although it does take sometime for it to update to my Shopify inventory; I can honestly say that as a boutique owner my customers haven't had any issues with their clothing or accessories that they've ordered via my website. amazing. my favorite app for dropshipping, after finding trendsi I deleted my other dropshipping apps. Lee helped me a lot with some issues. Im so happy we have trendsi now

Hello: I have had the app for a little while and when I got my first order the order process and paying for my order was very easy. The order was already set up and I just had to pay for it. The update was auto filled into my orders. Later when I had a question I sent an email to support and Hazel replied quickly. While on the site I also used the support chat and talked to Angelo who was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. Thank you for your time and attention.

I'm a new online boutique and Trendsi has really helped supplement my inventory while I brand and grow my business. The clothes are stylish and on trend. I love that anytime I have a question, I can simply start a chat, it's extremely convenient! I also like how easy the process is to complete transactions. Trendsi is the best dropshipping company. As a new entrepreneur, they have the whole team ready to help us answer our questions, willing to listen to our suggestions. They are quick to respond any emails, if you are new and have questions they guide you through. The website are so easy to use. I’m so excited that they are adding some men’s collections.
And shoutout to Chette, for being excellent in her job in customer service!
