This Free app from UPS saved me from the pain of using so many shipping apps. The apps simply works all the time. The best feature of this app is that it will create a Commercial Invoice for all international shipments automatically as soon as label is printed. All the features in the app dashboard are easier to navigate. Best of all, they provided me with the best support, which is so quick even for all technical questions. Thanks Ruben!!! All the labels are printed with order number on it, the tracking details will be automatically updated to shopify and to customer, the tracking updates goes to customer directly from UPS in respective multiple languages and If the shipping methods in Shopify are automatically mapped to the methods in this UPS App Dashboard, then that would be an incredible feature and removes confusion for those who would want to use multiple shipping companies. If you use only UPS, then no problem at all.

I've had an excellent experience with the UPS Shipping (Official) app on our Shopify store. Diría que es una aplicación con una pequeña barrera de entrada pero definitivamente es 1000% mejor que usar UPS.com

Las reglas que puedes poner son la clave y le voy a dar más caña a eso para sistematizarlo todo aun más.

Faltan cosillas como que te seleccione por defecto el envío más barato pero al parecer los van a ir metiendo.

For the past five years, we had been using the ShippyPro application for generating our shipping labels.

We decided to try UPS's native application, and we couldn't be more satisfied.

This app works awesome, and saves us a lot of time.

App connects quickly to Shopify, you can work with rules so that the correct UPS service is connected to the different shipping methods in your store.

Automatically puts the orders on fullfilled after the label is printed, tracking right in the Shopify orders dashboard.

We had one issue that we could not print from the dashboard directly to our label printer, but one ticket and maybe 1 hour later that was added to our account, and we can now print the labels directly from the dashboard.

Super easy and very happy with this!

This is app is okay but you should edit the design to make it clearer (especially for the order list and order shipment creation) and, most importantly, add the following feature:
Download PDF SHIPPING RECEIPT --> I don't mean the invoice for the customer, I mean the receipt of the shipment from UPS with all the costs and details of the shipment, this is possible through ups.com in the shipment preferences, but not with this app unfortunately, and now I have to go to the ups.com and download them from there, which is a loss of time which could be avoided.

Great app, easy to set up, good Shopify integration (vice versa) and creating shipping labels is a breeze. I use the app for a week now, the few questions that I had and asked through the support button, were answered very fast and adequate. The most 'difficult' thing to do was creating a UPS account which I didn't have yet .

I will use the app only for international shipping labels from The Netherlands to mainly the USA, Canada and Australia, and so far this works without flaws, and with good shipping rates (much better than the rates through for instance the Sendcloud app).

If I had one improvement wish (for now), it would be the possibility to add more products to the automatically created commercial invoice (I sometimes add a free product to a parcel), without having to adjust a Shopify order.

We requested adjustments in the development of the platform, which became super practical in its use.
The tireless team in carrying out all the necessary adjustments.
The ease and speed of communication is noteworthy given that everything was done in record time.
I highly recommend.

Großartiger Support! Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit dem Einrichten unseres Druckers. Auf unsere Anfrage über den Chat wurde prompt reagiert und Ruben hat das Problem in Kürze gelöst. Auch weitere kleinere Fragestellungen wurden von. Ruben umgehend zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Endlich mal ein Service der verlässlich und kompetent ist. Das Dashboard funktioniert fehlerfrei und die Prozesse laufen rund.
