I use this app on two websites to show variant swatches. Jon and Martin were able to help me show inventory quantities as well. They are helpful and attentive, and have persevered to ensure that my issues were resolved. I once needed help after work hours, and they made sure my emergency was resolved! Thank you both
The app is great for offering a better shopping experience with products that have lots of options. Had some issues with initial set up, but received support right away! They were able to help us walk through the issue and fix it so everything was working smoothly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly recommend this app!
This app does extend product options capabilities and once you configure it gives you a nice user experience. Just a few flaws listed below. Sku's are not of a concern for the app. If you customize a product then add new variants in shopify. It gets buggy. The interface is for searching and finding products is not amazing.

Here is a little more information about your issues:
We use Shopify's built-in search API. You shouldn't have any issues searching and finding products.
Alternatively, you can search for the product inside of Shopify and edit it in our app from there. Here are some more detailed instructions.

I am not sure what you mean by " If you customize a product then add new variants in Shopify". If you can email me back we would be happy to look into this.
Sorry, our app doesn't have the ability to add SKU's to our virtual option. This is on our roadmap for future updates but it might be a while until we are able to get to this. If this is something important for you, I suggest going with an app that already has this functionality built-in.

The app was easy to implement, no support was needed, custom buttons are a breeze. The let down, the skins work on the main product page for our color selection buttons, but it does not work for any of the quick view pages where the same color options are listed. That would be an outstanding future upgrade for the app.

We used this app to help us create a custom solution for our customers when we suddenly had to provide online access to our brick and mortar customers at the beginning of the pandemic. It was pretty easy to use and the the app support was very quick to respond and provide detailed info on how to make the updates we needed.
The app didn't work at first because I had an old jQuery (which I didn't know about). Jon and Martin were super fast and super helpful. They fixed up my jQuery and got the app working perfectly. I'm SO excited to have buttons which show which items are out of stock. This is the only app I could fid that does this. Nice one.
I love this app! I had a small problem initially with the virtual options not appearing correctly on my home page. They responded to me quickly and efficiently and even helped me solve the problem by taking access to my site. I really appreciate their service and will definitely keep the app in the future and recommend it.
My website is having some issues and we cant understand why variants aren't showing in the ADMIN of the store but the team is aggressively trying to help and figure things out! I m impressed with their energy !!!! I like the app a great deal just hoping we can find out the issue, may take some time, im eager to see the outcome!!!
Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. I was testing with one product but then the app changes the interface for ALL products. Tried going back to default setting with no success other than deleting the app itself. Customer support sent me a bunch of links to help pages, which made it even more confusing to pinpoint the problem.

Amazing App! Does everything we wanted it to. We needed an app that could handle some very complicated customization to our products for our customers and the app did a great job with that.
