Veeqo: An Amazon Company

Veeqo is really good stock management software and does a good job of us predicting inventory and how to order. The best thing about Veeqo is If there is ever a problem they are quick on the live chat and rectify any issues very quickly and in a helpful way. The main problem with the app is that it does not support order editing in Shopify, or post-purchase checkout extensions, this limits our chance to add upsells which is a big thing for us. I have been told this feature is on the way over a year ago now but I have had no update.

Veeqo has opened up a whole lot of opportunities for us, and was the only platform that allowed us to link a shop epos (Vend) with multiple shopify stores. There are a few niggles as there are with any out of the box platform, but it's very powerful and currently free to use too!
The live chat help has been great over the year we have been using it - they have been able to sort out a lot of questions and any tech issues too.
Overall it's a platform that has a lot of potential and now it is well set up I'm looking forward to really starting to harness it's power.

Been using it for a short while, have to say, that we've had numerous issues that have needed support, through no fault of ours.

Initial sync of stores failed, so had to use csv files, which also failed, took support three days, and multiple attempts, to come up with solution. Further issues with csv files failing to update various information. CN22 customs form failed to print for Guernsey, still waiting for a resolution. Lots of other issues, which i can't be bothered to go into.

Basically, it'll work, but you'll probably need to be on to support quite regularly.

The royal mail integration is good - and multichannel sales management and shipping generally works well. The bad - we find some of the UX a bit slow and buggy and it could do with a bit of an overhaul. Reporting is particularly weak too - better dashboards and some improved basic sales reporting would be great. A few more courier integrations wouldn't go amiss either. Overall though it's just about the best of these kinds of products: Linnworks is definitely overkill for us and a lot of the other inventory management tools are very US-centric and don't have many UK courier integrations.

We've been using Veeqo for about 18 months and find it an excellent inventory software. We have quite a complicated inventory and Veeqo were very helpful in helping us organise it to suit our needs. We researched many different softwares and Veeqo ticked nearly all the boxes of what we need. Their support is excellent and it helps for us that they are UK based. We have used a few different inventory softwares over the years and Veeqo has been the best, they are also working on their reporting capabilities, so we are looking forward to that. I have given them 4 stars, but once they improve their reporting, they would get 5 stars from us.

We use Veeqo to connect our shopify PLUS store plus other marketplaces into a complex network of couriers - depending on ITS weight & where our product is being dispatched to around the world. Veeqo's inventory management keeps all stock control updated & allows for complex reporting on sales performance, product stock levels and integrates seamlessly into courier accounts. Overall adding Veeqo to our e commerce offering has increased our teams productivity by 30%. One point to note, it's worth working hard to ensure every part even spare non-saleable items are in Veeqo so that it is an exact accurate reflection of the warehouse operation. It can only be as good as the data you ensure is in & kept up-to-date - you get out what you put in if that makes sense!

Veeqo is the solution I've been searching for for years. Every multi-channel aggregator I looked at was either outrageously expensive or cumbersome (or both). Veeqo solves my inventory sync issues, and its integration with Amazon Buy Shipping gives me all the convenience and seller protections I had on Amazon Seller Central.

There's a learning curve to any such software due to the complex nature of multi-channel aggregation, so be prepaid to study their support articles. But Veeqo is as understandable as anything I've looked at, and their support agents are refreshingly knowledgeable and responsive (Amazon, pay attention).

Veeqo continues to improve, and they frequently add functionality based on user feedback.

My multi-channel inventory is synced, and I'm getting fantastic rates from the major carriers. Veeqo is simply the best.

Veeqo is Absolutely Amazing! We have 3 Shopify stores, 5 Amazon stores, an international Ebay store, and an Etsy store. After 4 years in a 3PL using Orderwise we moved our business into our own warehouse and took fulfillment in house. In addition we now have 7 integrated couriers and ship all around the world. The Veeqo product works to allow us to ship multiple consignments with speed and accuracy with the most economical courier. We also run retail and trade warehouses, use the purchase order system and our accuracy in inventory management has improved 10 fold. The team are hugely knowledgeable and support has been excellent. Almost two years later, our business turnover has now grown by 25% to almost 4 million which would not have been possible without Veeqo. As a single channel shopify eCommerce store, Veeqo is a really super cloud platform for a growing business struggling with the limitations of shopifys order management.

They have a hugely dedicated support team which you can actually talk to on the phone included with every package they offer, this is a massive bonus for solving ops headaches quickly and easily. Few other shopify app order management solutions offered this level of support for such a low price. The Facebook app style bubble chat function is so cool too. Entering cost price data allows for stock valuation figures which helps for planning p&l and cash flows.

Allow up to 4 weeks for transferring over from shopify on 20 orders a day, with 1 week for interface learning. The simplicity of the platform is just fantastic because there is a no nonsense feeling of operating it.

The few setbacks are likely unique to us because we are our own brand selling our own custom made products. This means the lack of customisations for reports and functionality may develop into pain points further down the line (we are growing at circa 275% p/a), but we can see this platform allowing seamless operations for a good 12-18 months. It should solve almost everything until then and is thus difficult to criticise!

fitnesshealth.co has been using the Veeqo shopify plugin for the last 4 months. The main reason for us joining Veeqo last year was to solve our problem with the royal mail shipping labels. Because we sell on Amazon, Ebay and Shopify we had a range of different shipping labels from each platform, and we wanted to ingrate these systems together. Using the Veeqo system we achieved we a much more professional finish to our product. The shipping label has a 2d barcode with all the address essential information. We have removed our old paper invoicing and replaced it with electronic, with the shipping labels supplied from the royal mail and printed through a thermal we have reduced our printing charges by 80%. Veeqo is a great system that is going to help our business in a number of ways’;

inventory management is also another key system that we have in operation. As we have over 500 products SKU’s is essential to have an operating system that is tracking the progress of sales per item, and helps a great deal when we need to look in detail into the product history.

Setting up Veeqo was quite simple as the Veeqo team are very helpful and quick to sort out problems.
