Advanced Shipping Rules

Excellent app that filled an unmet need for us: the ability to calculate shipping as a percentage of order total price. The app developer is highly responsive to feature requests, and implemented our request to allow for a cap (max shipping price) above a certain order amount. In a business where managing shipping costs is crucial (furniture), these features have been indispensable in driving new conversions!

I had to do some customization for shipping due to perishable items not being able to go ground for certain zip codes. Plus give those zip codes a discount off shipping prices as they had been added to the cost of items for "shipping included" prices. This app gave me all I needed. But what made it grate was Molly from ASR that helped me get everything right and my client is happy, so I am too! Recommended

We used this app to provide more accurate shipping costs to our customer while also ensuring we don't lose money on shipping.

Any time I had questions, Support was quick to help and they even have a US-based Support number to call in. They were able to walk through my workflow with me and help me choose the plan that best fit our needs.

Wow! I love this app! I sell different types of art items online and this app was able to accomplish the shipping clarity that I needed. I communicated with Brian via email and he would get right back to me. This is my first time selling multiple items online and I feel great and confident with Advanced Shipping Rules. We have been using ASR for about 4 years now and we were having some issues with our blended rates overriding a free shipping rate that we also have set, Molly got back to me within minutes and was a wonderful help to us, she quickly identified the issue, send me a video on how to fix it and then stayed online with me until it was fixed. I could not recommend this app more highly. After struggling to try to use workarounds within Shopify to do item-level shipping for years we finally decided to try a shipping app. After trying a few others with little support or success we installed Advanced Shipping Rules. The blended rates function works flawlessly and the domestic customer service was amazing. They even answer the phone. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

The customer service is really impeccable. Brian was very responsive with helping me in setting up the app and taking it live. The app itself is pretty much everything I was looking for. I wanted to offer certain physical products with free shipping, certain physical products with discounted shipping and the balance of my product line with regular shipping charges.

Our store is a bit complicated when it comes to all the shipping rules and restrictions we have in place. After tons of research and playing with various apps, Advanced Shipping Rules was highly recommended by a well known retailer! Not only does ASR do everything we need for our website, but the support behind the app is on another level with quick responses and solutions. If only all apps came with such support. This app has allowed us to do precisely what we need in terms of a more complex shipping solution. We had a long journey in setting this app up due to the Shopify 'single' and 'multi' origin shipping nuances, but ASR supported us all the way.
