Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

I'm currently still testing the app out. The feature that made me want to permanently keep the app is the visitor replay function. It is nice to see a replay of all of the sessions and learn what device they are using to improve the overall function of your store. The next feature I'm going to test out is the BOGO feature. Honestly $30 is a steal for an app like this!!!!!!

We have been using the app for some time now and the best thing is the service offered by the team. I reached out for suggestion by showing example of some other store and the team was really helpful in suggesting how the same can be achieved using the app features. I can say this is not one time experience but every time we have reached out , the support has been amazing.

WOW! I'm so glad I've found Vitals, I've installed it for a few days, still checking out all apps, but so far, I'm so glad to find most of my needed apps working on one platform in harmony with each others, I don't need to install so many apps and slow down my website. Customer support is amazing and responding very fast. Definitely a worthwhile app and a great team behind it!

Can't praise enough how good the Vitals team is for fixing and accomodating the custom needs of our website, they respond extremely fast and get on with the fix straight away, and with photos and videos to show you the corrections. this is the best customer experience we have had out of Shopify app support, well worth every penny of the subscription and will continue! I have used this app on multiple stores and it NEVER fails. I cant recommend it enough - especially for the "spin the wheel" feature which SEAAAAMLESSLY captures email addresses. I've managed to gain 2500 subscribers since launching in May and for my little business, that's a big deal.. Thank you Vitals.. You really should develop a theme so that you can fully compete with Debutify.

One of the best all-in-one apps. They have everything you need. You are only paying the price of 1 app to enjoy the amount of function equivalent of 10 apps, if not more.. Most importantly, the support team was responding so fast and are helping with all the custom changes. Really good They have made at least 50 changes for us.. and we exchanged email every couple of hours. So good!

Vitals covers many of our needs, and all apps are surprisingly easy to use for a first time Shopifier, such as myself. Missing a few features on a few of the apps, which is the only reason for not getting a full score, but the quick and helpful support, as well as rapid development of many good apps, is fantastic. Will keep using this, and looking forward to more new apps from Vitals

Love the facts that it integrates lots of features into one compact app instead of having too many apps. Thank you so much and also looking forward to more valuable and useful integrations!!! We have used pop up s to collect emails to currency converters to product bundles to name a few. Some integrations recommended are options to add a note with the giftwrap ( with a few options) xx
