Excellent App for WhatsApp Sales & Automation

We've had a great experience using Zoko so far. It has helped us confirm more orders, especially on WhatsApp, and made the order confirmation process much easier for our customers. The automation tools have saved us time, improved our response rates, and significantly boosted overall engagement.

We particularly appreciate the flexibility of the custom workflows — they’re powerful and allow us to adapt the platform to suit our specific operational needs. The Zoko support team has also been consistently helpful and responsive.

The only issue we encountered was with inventory syncing — around half of our in-stock products on the website appeared as out of stock on the WhatsApp platform. This made integration a bit of a challenge initially. However, aside from that, everything has worked smoothly.

Highly recommended for businesses looking to streamline WhatsApp communication and improve sales conversions.

One of my favourite parts is how Zoko automates abandoned checkout messages, order confirmations, and tracking links — all through WhatsApp. In South Africa, WhatsApp is essential for business, and Zoko just makes it all flow so smoothly. The built-in AI tools are also super handy and help in ways I didn’t even realise I needed.

If you’re unsure, just give the free trial a go. I was hooked within days. Highly recommend!

We used Zoko for our WhatsApp marketing and abandoned cart checkout flows. Overall, it has been a good experience, and the service is useful; tons of features could be used through Zoko, which requires a fair amount of learning, and that is something I think that can be simplified.

I would give the Zoko team a 1000 stars if Shopify had the option. Honestly, they help out so much in creating custom flows and our MoM ROI from Zoko is about 3000%. Custom flows really reduce the burden of manually attending to customer conversations & keeps it so seamless. Our abandoned cart flow works so well & pays for Zoko itself!
