Zoko WhatsApp Marketing & Chat

This is the BEST one I've used till date. They got me a green tick on whatsApp within a day. And all the functionalities are wonderful. They have a SUPERB team that is accessible and helps you resolve any issues within minutes. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants automation through WhatsApp.

I have tried multiple WhatsApp platforms before and Zoko by far is the smoothest to work with. It's a bit expensive but the support team, ease of use & customisations make up for it! The team is very helpful & puts in effort and time to understand the requirements and help you implement them. Highly recommended!

We have been ZOKO for our D2C brand promotional communication for about 6 months now. It is yielding good results and the team gives a good onboarding walk-through.
The reporting, linking of Shopify to ZOKo for campaigns, and support team agreement to entertain customer issues on calls can be areas of improvement.

Zoko is a good platform for driving sales and instead of calling every customer you can just text them a confirmation message and let them confirm themself and also the abandoned cart recovery was a success every potential customer was recovered using this option and we could also solve many customer queries with that option

Extremely satisfied with the app and the complete Zoko Platform. The staff is extremely helpful, Onboarding helped us get the automation, broadcast and all the features running. Highly recommended and constant updates to the App and Platform. This platform is exactly what we were looking for to get the business support to the next level.

We've been using Zoko for the last few weeks. Currently, we use it for abandoned cart nudges, and we've seen an immediate improvement in abandoned cart conversion rates vs only email nudges. So far so good. Reliable and no issues. Easily set up our WhatsApp approvals and templates. What's lacking is a function where we can leave messages or tasks for other team members. The current setup where team messages are left at the same place as the conversation with customers is not good because there is a risk we'll forget to turn on private mode. Would be great if they can set up something like Shopify Inbox (or just integrate with Shopify Inbox).

I usually dont leave reviews, but I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to do so because ZOKO is the best technological application that we have used to maximize the Shopify ecosystem. ZOKO's interface is very intuitive and easy to use, and it also has many very interesting features if your online store is on Shopify (i.e. place orders, track shipments, cancel items, among many others). In addition, the ZOKO team is totally open to developing new features so that we all benefit from the new capabilities. If you want to use the app not just for customer support, but to truly increase conversion rate, ZOKO is the ideal tool for you!
