Il sistema ci permette di recuperare sia i carrelli abbandonati di alto valore che quelli di basso valore, riducendo drasticamente il numero di clienti persi e aumentando il fatturato con il minimo sforzo.
L’assistenza è fenomenale: sempre disponibili a migliorare la piattaforma e aggiungere nuove funzioni. I costi sono irrisori rispetto al valore che offre e le possibilità di utilizzo sono infinite. We've honestly had a great experience with Zoko so far. We had been wanting to start WhatsApp marketing for a while but everything just seemed overly complicated to get started with. Then a friend recommended Zoko to us. Everything went super smooth. The app is easy to use and configure and customer support is super helpful. They guided us through all the mess of Meta permissions and complicated integrations. We're still starting out but have already seen some good results through Zoko. Would highly recommend :)

THEY ARE FRAUD NOT EVEN REPLYING AND CHARGING SO MUCH
Hi Ruchika, Zoko's pricing is fixed and listed openly at zoko.io/pricing, and Meta's per-conversation rates are passed through directly with the full breakdown always visible in your billing dashboard.
Our team has tried reaching you by phone several times since this was posted because we'd genuinely like to understand what went wrong - there's no message or ticket from you on any of our channels, so we're working without the full picture here.
Writing to contact@zoko.io or messaging us on WhatsApp at wa.zoko.io/zoko will get someone looking into it, and they'll walk you through every line of your billing.
The door is open whenever you're ready, and there's nothing we'd like more than to sort this out properly.
Misleading, the $ 4.99 is only shopify plug-in charges. Once you install the app, you will not be able to integrate it. They will call you to take you through the offers at which point depending on your scale you will charged extra (i believe starting is around 3k for a small brand).
Worst experience ever!!!! They are literally harassing me and finding ways to report my website to google, instagram and TikTok for not taking down the bad review I wrote. This is beyond acceptable! Not only did I loose my WhatsApp business number I have to deal with their threats, like reporting me to google for not “having my address on google” and writing bad reviews on my website from countries we do not do business in,because they have access to my information, from installing their app. If only I could send screenshots of their communication with me over WhatsApp on this review, you wouldn’t believe the level of disrespect! DO NOT INSTALL THIS ZOKO APP!!! I wish I read the bad reviews and someone could warn me before installing this app. I have no words, I am beyond shocked!!
