Zoko WhatsApp Marketing & Chat

We've been using Zoko for our Shopify store, and it's been easy to use. The Shopify integration works well, and managing customer conversations on WhatsApp has become much simpler. Whenever we've had questions, their support team has been quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it's been a good experience so far.

First things first - Kudos to the great Zoko staff for providing an amazing customer experience right from onboarding until customer/technical support - Bharath, Vijith, Aaquib, Rahul and Ananthu. The app itself is versatile and easy to use, and ever since Shopify-segments have been integrated my broadcast's setup speed halved and outcome has doubled so good job on that as well. Next up would be easy to create flows as current method can get but tedious and doesn't often consider other active flows. Keep innovating and easing the user experience of the app. Thanks for all the help with Whatsapp marketing and automation, Zoko & team.

Edit: The pricing looks affordable and easy to manage but they have a lot of hidden charges even in free flows, agents and conversation limits etc. Just be aware of this fact and do ask their advisors beforehand as it's not mentioned on any pricing pages as well. Still a good app for your whatsapp marketing needs barring the hidden charges and regurgitated upselling.

Edit 2: They've updated their pricing page now so gain back 1 star for understanding and prompt action, however don't like this condescending way of looking at customers - "So what we end up doing , is when customers reach out to ask, "Hey, this is a simple change, like adding an extra condition.It should be free." - We just manually mark it as free."
I guess everyone should be really grateful that they offer free changes upon asking/requesting/begging rather than just value your existing customers and offer that option for free upfront.

We've had a great experience with ZOKO! The platform is easy to use, and the support team has been incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Aaquib, who's always just one message away from resolving any issues we face. Super responsive, reliable, and always willing to help. Really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend ZOKO!

zoko is the best app for whats app api marketing, the whole process of onboarding is also smooth unlike other apps where you have to do the api connections all by yourself, they also helped me with the business manager setup. on the app side, the user interface of the app is very easy to use, and the automation flows/abandoned checkouts and broadcast features are very customisable with over 100 different customer segments that the app makes for you already.

In general, I don't usually write reviews, but here I had to!

ZOKO's service is one of the best things I've ever encountered. They are always available for calls if you're not getting along, they are always available in chat and they solve problems, build flows that you request in a professional and efficient way and respond to any request you have!

Muzaina took care of our company personally and continues to take care of everything that is needed, their service awareness is outstanding, the system has been working great for a month now, without any problems. The bot works great and the synchronization with Shopify is outstanding. ZOKO has both increased our business's sales with automations and also reduced a significant portion of our work thanks to the automations and automatic responses of their AI bots!

In conclusion - if you are debating about a few companies, I did the research for you - you won't regret it!

Also for our friends in Israel - their price is significantly lower (like 1000% cheaper) than Israeli companies prices, and yes - they support Hebrew!

I have Almost Tried all Whtsapp Api Platforms but Zoko Stands out in terms of Functionality,Ai Agents,Catalogue and Most Important Customer Service.
