The lack of support is truly unbelievable. All I ask is that the close button on the chat widget be fixed. I have followed up 3 times without any response.

this app is just what we needed. it's been a while that i searched for an app to add whatsapp you my online store. it's so easy to use and looks so good. amazing.
This app every time is losing the most important, the support. Now doesn´t exist a support chat and not offer solution for some issues after update app is showing

The app is the best WhatsApp integration I found and their support is responsive and very helpful indeed. I tried the others and this is definitely for me the best.
Someone wrote a 5 star review that we did not write. The email was not in our user or collab system. Leading to believe this app had auto pushed reviews from itself

I have been looking for a Whatsapp button for a while, and tried many free options. At the time, yours is the best. Easy to configure, works perfectly.
Its really helpful app, I'm using it almost every day and it's very convenient for my customers as well to contact me easily if they have any question.
