Nunca me habían cobrado nada, y de un par de meses para acá, me empiezan a cobrar.

Una vez logré contactar con ellos y me dijeron que era por algo que tenía las automatizaciones activadas.

Desactivé todo y me volvieron a cobrar, ahora ya en soporte no responden, así que estoy buscando otra app.

We contact often the support about the higher price what we don´t understand. And we explain that we only would like to use the whatsapp contact function. The price for the App goes higher an higher for no sellings on our website. Only less contact about whatsapp. ( less than 50 masseges) We deactivate many options but the price is the same. On our messages and we get no response at our ticket and no ones reply. That´s terrible

Worst support ever. We had a big issue migrating a store. An automation was trigger and sent messages to clients of all orders. We asked for support and never received any help. This app should be unlisted from Shopify.

This app has generated interference with the code of my theme causing the photo of the products not to be shown, which is really disastrous. I have tried to contact the developer of the app and have not received any response. Now I do not know how to solve the problem, it is really a horror to have installed this app because of the interference with the code of the store and on top of that they do not respond.
