An awesome app! AfterShip adds the finishing touch to your customer service. The support staff are always quick on the reply (not that we have had any major issues). Definitely the a great way to boost your web site & brand perception.

This app is great and the staff is helpful, they answer all questions immidiatly.
I recommend the app to deal with tracking information to customers and save chargebacks or emails from customers asking for where the order is?

The app integrates great with Shopify. When an order is fulfilled it automatically populates the shipment into Aftership and sends updates on tracking to the customer. The support team is great and accommodating to feedback. A great app!
Great app that allows to track all shipping orders from our store. Also, a great integration with our Email Service Provider. The inexpensive plan makes it easy for small businesses like ours to keep our operational cost low as we grow.
I'm still learning to use this app, but until now I'm happy with the same. I just want to automate the return and exchange process. To save some time it is best to use something like this. So, now I just have to click some options and done.
