BTA Appointment Booking App

We were having difficulty with the booking app, but it really boiled down to user error.

We connected with Rob B. via their online support and he was able to help us fix everything. Very patient and communicated very clear in terms of how to use certain fields. He also helped us by updating our widget - which really made a difference, and we feel will add to a positive user experience.

Zetya is awesome! While adding functionality to my website another developer broke some custom code BookThatApp by Zetya wrote for me last year. When I contacted Zetya to see if they could determine what happened, they responded instantly, corrected the problem quickly, AND didn't charge me for fixing a mistake someone else made!
Also, if you need appointment booking software their BookThatApp app is stellar.

I'm working with very little technical knowledge, and this app has been a lifesaver for my shop! Parts of the configuration I didn't understand were handled quickly and professionally by the help team, and I had a fantastic experience with a small customization to my booking page. 10/10. This app is fantastic and helps us with all of our booking needs. The functionality it provides is robust and there's lots of flexibility - they really understand the needs of rental/booking businesses and do a terrific job of accommodating a wide variety of use cases. The app is straight forward and effective, and the support team is unbelievably helpful and responsive! This app streamlined our booking system as our tour program grew, and we would not have succeeded without it. There are some nuances to work through, and the reporting could be a little more sophisticated, but overall this has been a very positive experience, and the support team has been a big part of that. So far this app is doing everything we want it to be doing. We are using it now for equipment rentals both off site and on site. We use it for scheduling and posting our group classes and we are just starting to use it for private lessons. Support has been helpful. When I get stuck setting something up they have helped within an hour even on weekends. Very happy with this and plan on implementing even more capabilities (such as waiver documents for some rentals).

BookThatApp was a perfect fit for our tour operations. I was able to offer tours with varying lengths in time, and have it assigned to a particular boat. So when someone booked a tour the time they chose was no longer available throughout the other options. I was also able to color code each tour option making it easy to spot in the calendar. Customer service responded in a timely manner to all of my questions, and helped fix any issues I had. That alone is worth it!

It is a great app and works well for our tour booking website. Pretty easy to install and configure. You do not have to be tech-savvy to do it. But even if you have some difficulties/questions/tech problems, they are fast to reply and help. Our tours have complicated schedules but we still were able to configure them using app features and functionality. The only drawback for us is that there is no seasonal pricing. But it looks like this is a feature they are currently working on.

Checked a few booking apps for Shopify, and this was the most superior of all of them. Lots of options for different types of events, and a neat clean layout.

Had an issue that I was struggling with and contacted support, who replied within minutes, advised on what action to take, and actually made the modification on the store for me. You can’t get better than that !

One fear with an app is the support if you have an issue, the support of Zetya was first class. Would highly recommend.

I have used this app now for a year to book classes several times a week at numerous venues, I had BTA install and integrate it with my shopify account. It was money well spent. It was done correctly and up and running fast.

I recently contacted the tech support as I wanted a new feature installed and had no clue how to do it. Rob took care of this for me quickly and made my site more efficient and easier to use.

I highly recommend this app for the ease of use and the features that they offer.
