Lasciate perdere tutte le altre app che promettono le stesse funzioni o magari qualcosa in più: questa dovrebbe essere il punto di riferimento assoluto per l'intero ecosistema Shopify.Le impostazioni sono estremamente precise, logiche e facili da configurare, ma il vero valore aggiunto è l'assistenza. Ho avuto un problema complesso di conflitto di codice (JavaScript) causato da un'altra app che bloccava le validazioni del carrello. Il loro team di supporto non solo è stato fulmineo nel rispondere, ma ha analizzato a fondo il codice, isolato il file incriminato e risolto il problema con una precisione chirurgica. Aggiornamento: grazie a un nuovo studio da parte di Betty ho trovato la funzionalità di cui avevo bisogno direttamente nell loro app, cosi facendo ho economizzato e escluso qualsiasi conflitto. E' proprio vero il detto (in italia), chi meno spende più spende.
Great Support and patience with all my new user questions
I've had a great experience with Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery, and a big reason for that is the outstanding support I received from Stephane Fattizzo. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was feeling overwhelmed trying to configure my store's pickup and delivery settings, but Stephane guided me through everything step by step and made the process much easier to understand. His support took a lot of stress off my plate and gave me confidence that everything was set up correctly. Thank you, Stephane, for going above and beyond!

Subscribed for the "free trial" but was charged a months fee, despite having cancelled before the free trial period was finished, and despite never actively using the service.
Be cautious - "Zack" from the customer support email is a chatbot that will send you in circles unless you specifically ask to speak with a live agent.
Edit: changed from 1 star to 4 stars. After successfully connecting with a real person, they resolved the issue almost immediately. I guess this is the new normal with chatbots & AI in the world. Same review stands - be cautious of the AI service aspect, and request a live agent as soon as you start any convo to save some time.

Thanks for your review. I’d like to clarify what happened here.
Your store installed the app on March 2nd, with a 14-day free trial running through to March 16th. After this date, the app automatically transitioned onto a paid plan as it remained installed, and stayed active until it was uninstalled on April 30th. Charges are only applied once the trial period has ended.
That said, as soon as you reached out, we processed your refund within a couple of hours as a gesture of goodwill.
Regarding support, Zack is our AI assistant designed to help get quick answers, but you can always request a human agent at any time and the conversation will be handed over. Our team is always available to help directly.
