Zapiet is a very good app for managing local delivery in Shopify. The setup can be a bit challenging at the beginning, especially when configuring delivery rates and settings, but the support team was incredibly helpful. Rutvik assisted me patiently and guided me through the process step by step until everything was working correctly. App works but could be better. In-app chat support works but response time could be improved. We faced some issues that kept repeating itself even after several fixes. Support and development team (Rutvik) ended up fixing things on their side after being escalated. Happy to keep using the app for now.
