Zapiet solves my small businesses local delivery logistics issues, along with the associated communications. Allows our customers to select both pick up and delivery dates. Compared to other apps, it is easy to set up. I did it fairly quick and got it integrated into my store. The AI support Zach, is quite good. Helped my troubleshoot. Live tech support is available very quickly. I worked with Krystabel who was terrific! Recommend the app.

Jessica with Zapiet is one of the best support agents/experiences I've ever had. We have a lot of apps that we use with Shopify and every time I need help I email and immediately get a response and she even makes updates for me which is super helpful when we're moving quickly and time is limited. Great support. Being using it for years and is a perfect match for our needs. Highly recommended. Latest fix (thanks Jelizaveta!) down to user error, as is so often the case.
And today (Sept 2024) a follow-up few words of further praise (thanks Jeanette!). Brilliant help solving a Shopify update which impacted us. Rapid response and great job. No effort spared to even improve our site, over and above the pre-update functionality. Couldn't recommend more.
