Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

I am sure, from the 144 reviews, that this app has some good things. PROBLEM is that if you want to uninstall app, you will pull your hair out. Their instructions for uninstall are outdated.

We were looking for an option so we could add a shipping method "For Next Day Air, Please Contact Us. Rate will be added to order at a later date."

To the best of my knowledge, I tried all of the store pickup apps in the Shopify app store before picking this one. It fits our needs better than any of the others. We don't use all the features (delivery, tracking pickups within the app) so the price is a little high, but the ease of use for customers has cut down on confusion so much that it's still worth it. Recommend.

Our customers love this app. Having local pickup available in our store has definitely increased conversions and customer satisfaction. Be aware that when using PayPal Checkout will cause minor issues with transactional e-mails (due to PayPal's limitations, not Zapiet's fault), however we usually just manually follow-up with customers who use PayPal with the local pickups and it's fine. Otherwise, totally awesome app.

I just started using this app in the wake of the COVID-19 shutdown, and the ZAPIET team was amazing in the speed of their response in helping me get local pick up and delivery working properly on my theme, despite the fact I know they're swamped with new customers doing the same thing! So far the app is working well for us, and I'm grateful to have such a simple solution to quickly add pick-up and delivery options for my customers! Highly recommend!

This app works great. We have several items that are available for store pickup only and some items that are available online only. This app allows us to quickly and easily customize which items are available for each service. We changed themes and this app was no longer working, opened a ticket with Zapiet and they quickly found the issue and got it resolved for us. Was a theme issue and not an app issue.

Simple and elegant solution for all your pickup, shipping, and local delivery needs. Fits my bakery's use case very well because of how adaptable Zapiet's application is. The customer service experience is also absolutely top notch -- I was able to quickly schedule a time to talk with an advisor (Stephane) who was able to fully answer all my questions regarding set up as well as send more resources related to how Zapiet might integrate with Shopify and other applications that I may need. A must have. This is one of the most professional app we found and use. For us it combined three main features by offering the option of pickup & delivery (as well as shipping) + date and time picker + rates by post code / zip code. Basically does the job of three different apps, but better. The interface is excellent, as well as the customer experience it provides. A logistical solution that we now swear by. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely fantastic! It comes with a free setup call and we had the pleasure to be helped by Marija who was extremely helpful by listening and understanding our needs. She set up the app for us in order for it to perform at its best for the logistical system of our business.

This was the worst app experience I've ever had. I asked the support team about if the app will accommodate my issue before completing installation. My issue was related to multiple shopify locations. I wanted to allow customers to purchase online and pick up at whichever location they preferred regardless of where the inventory was located and to eliminate the double charge for shipping from multiple locations. I was mislead to think it would solve my issue and then told to switch to an annual plan with shopify. I did and spent over a week working with support to get things to work as they should. When it kept having issues, I asked support again for help and was finally told that it was a shopify issue and that the app cannot override their functions. Why mislead me to switch to an annual subscription, install the app, set up all the settings and spend an entire week with support to fix an issue that was never going to be fixed in the first place? I've never written a review but this was infuriating. Do not download this app if you are trying to solve the same issues as me. Worst experience ever.

Support is super quick and really helpful. Had an emergency with my checkout and Zapiet support sorted me out within 5mins. Woohoo!
